Scott Alexander Morrison (born 23 May 1984 in Aberdeen, Scotland) is a Scottish professional footballer currently playing for Scottish Football League First Division club Ross County.
He began his career at boyhood heroes Aberdeen in 2003, where he immediately impressed on the field, especially with his lethal ball delivery from set pieces. Despite this he soon moved to East End Park in 2005 after falling out of favour with then Aberdeen manager Jimmy Calderwood. He was signed by then manager Jim Leishman in 2005 on a free transfer.[1]
After 3 years with the Pars, manager Jim McIntyre told Morrison that his contract would not be renewed at the end of the season.[2] Ross County snapped up Morrison on a two-year pre-contract deal at the start of April 2008.[3][4]
Scott was a former pupil of Robert Gordon's College in Aberdeen, leaving in 2001.
